If you've been dreaming about riding a bike designed just for you, take a look at Specialized's Vita Sport. Its lightweight, women's-specific aluminum frame gets up to speed quickly, smooths out rough pavement and handles confidently in the corners. You'll love the easy-rolling 700c wheels and the comfortable flat handlebars with easy-to-reach controls. Plus, from short, around-town rides to full-blown adventures, the Shimano 27-speed drivetrain provides easy climbing and the grippy linear-pull brakes deliver premium control for the cruise back down.

Specialized's women's bikes make every ride a blast!

To optimize the fit, pedaling efficiency, comfort and control, Specialized tailors the geometry and components on their women’s bicycles just for you. The frames are engineered with smaller-diameter tubes to decrease weight and increase compliance. They have shorter top tubes for a perfect fit and greater stand-over height on smaller sizes for easy on/off. Plus, for a truly custom feel, Specialized includes small-diameter grips, narrow handlebars and women's seats that make every ride totally fun and comfortable.

    Comments:

Wonderful beginner bike! My husband, an experienced cyclist, helped me pick this out as I am just getting into the sport. I wanted something versatile that I could use on and potentially off the road. This bike is perfect for that. It's much lighter than my previous bike, and my body fits it very well. I'm able to hit some pretty high speeds in it as well; higher than my husband thought would be possible on this bike. I love that the seat height is adjustable; a luxury I didn't have on my old bike. I feel sturdy and secure on this. The white/pink colors are great, too. I was hoping for different handle bars, which these work just fine for now as they are sculpted to fit to female hand. I intend to upgrade to a more race-oriented Specialized bike in the future, and love that that means I don't have to get rid of this bike, as it's easy to transition it into a more mountain-geared bike. This bike has met all my expectations; I'm so glad I had the guidance to choose this one over others on the market!

I absolutely LOVE my 2012 Vita Sport! Bought in Crimson and the color is gorgeous! The ride is so smooth, the controls are easy to reach. I would recommend this bike to anyone wanting a great quality bike!
