Out-of-this-world power transfer. Superb ventilation. Speedy on/off. Specialized's Trivent Experts boast everything you want in a pair of triathlon shoes. They feature Specialized's ultra-stiff and light FACT-carbon soles, extra-airy mesh uppers for maximum airflow and Specialized's perforated Body Geometry insoles that perfectly position your feet for maximum pedaling efficiency. They also have a smooth lining so you'll be comfortable riding without socks and outsoles that actually reflect the heat for outstanding temperature regulation and comfort. And you'll love the wide Velcro straps and heel pulls that let you pull the Trivents on/off super fast for speeding through the transitions.

Specialized Men's Shoe Sizing Chart

This manufacturer's chart helps you check the fit (may show unavailable, and/or not all sizes).

In order to mount your pedal cleats to your shoes, they must have matching bolt patterns (pedals come with cleats, shoes come without). There are three configurations (diagram) used on cycling shoes, SPD-R, Look/SPD-SL and SPD. Road shoes feature one, two or even all three of these. Mountain-bike shoes usually use the SPD pattern. If you're unsure what bolt pattern your equipment uses, please contact us. We're here to help!

Comments:

I raced in 14 triathlons last year in these shoes, all without a single shoe issue. Easy on easy off, very comfortable but still has a stiff sole to transfer the power! The experts are a great value!

    Comments:

Triathlete who rides btw 170 and 200 miles per week. I train and race in these. These are the first shoes that do not give me hotspots. I replaced the red standard insole with the blue specialized footbed (needed a little more support). Have tried Sidi shoes, Scott and Bont and none were as comfy as these. Of course, important for triathletes, they are also very quick to get on and off.
